That gouging out an eye thing should rank up there with my situation of flapping my tongue and going "blblblblbl" for a few years.

I can't wait to hear the tale :)Kim Smithhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13933746166088034102noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6001825743960552008.post-72464401517973660982008-02-27T00:03:00.000-05:002008-02-27T00:03:00.000-05:00Aaron - thank you, my friend. And I know you have no choice in this matter, because writing is indeed in your blood, coded right into your genes. But I also know how incredibly talented you are - amazingly so. It blows me away. You can turn out a good book in two months - without blinking an eye and while working full time (or more) at whatever is paying the bills these days. Your skills are so tight, so fluid, so seamlessly integrated into a fast paced ride through whatever genre you're in at the moment, that I can't wait to read your next chapter in WHATEVER you're sharing with me. Which, by the way, I'm going to go do right now. ;o) Thanks for this open and honest look at one aspect of a writer's life.

And Robin - I've been telling my wife for decades to stop drinking that diet soda - man, all it has in it is fizzy water and chemicals. Yuk!!! I try to get her to drink ice water, or iced herbal tea, or fruit juice mixed with selzter, or something with a few nutrients in it! Okay, I'll get off my soap box now. Have a great day, everyone.Aaron Paul Lazarhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06117814221437165664noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6001825743960552008.post-77613724720669276932008-02-26T14:40:00.000-05:002008-02-26T14:40:00.000-05:00Robin, I think your suspicions may be correct.Robin, I think your suspicions may be correct.s.w. vaughnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/09102544611773720262noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6001825743960552008.post-72315625540875018852008-02-26T14:32:00.000-05:002008-02-26T14:32:00.000-05:00Those ridges are caused by iron deficiency? THE most diverse and prolific writer among us doesn’t love to write?” And then I kept reading and smiled.

“It is part of my genetic makeup. My eyes are hazel, my ears are asymmetrically placed on my head, I can curl my tongue, and I write.”

That pretty much says it all!Marta Stephenshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14126647102399666578noreply@blogger.com
